| DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT |
Design and Development at MCT focuses on delivering bespoke customer programs in a timely fashion. Our design and development staff have a wealth of experience in a number of fields from 'clean sheet' concept projects to performance enhancement in the real world. Customer contracts are managed under ISO 9001:2000 with regular monitoring from the initial concept stage through to delivery.
| DESIGN | Design at MCT is a passion as well as one of our core competencies. We have been designing high performance systems and components for many of the top race car series in the world as well a number of OEM applications. Our designers are also supported by MCT's analysis, product and manufacturing engineering departments to ensure full feasibility is integrated at all stages of the design process. As you would expect we have a full suite of design and analysis software tools based around Unigraphics NX3, we can also integrate with most of the systems in use today.
| DEVELOPMENT | Development is an integral part of designing components, but it can also be used to great effect in optimising performance of existing systems. Our vast experience in material and system testing coupled with some of the most advance analysis software available make our development department a powerful partner in your search for better performance. Using our extensive suite of testing facilities we can help improve your product in a number of ways. Many years of working with some of the most demanding clients in the world has given us a wide range of expertise in testing and developing working systems.
