Using our extensive metallurgical expertise we can always make sure that our pistons are made from the most suitable material available, from isothermally forged 2618A to the more exotic high strength MMC.

Dependent on your volume requirements, we can offer the most economically viable route to production. From forged billet to near net shape blanks, our manufacturing facility is fully flexible. All pistons are produced on our new Matsura MAM 72 -5 axis - 32 station machining centres, and profiled on our purpose built Takisawa lathes.

All surface treatments are available for your pistons, including shot peening, hard anodising, nickel plating, Xylan and PTFE coating.
